Snow Report for Saturday, March 1st, 2025
Happy Snow Day!
The BV snowglobe continues to be shaken up and March is looking no different with another 3” of powder accumulated overnight and more to come! (299" snow season total at the moment!) Snow showers will continue on and off, with temperatures starting near 32°F, and some gusty winds are on the radar too, so expect some windblown pockets and smooth groomers.
Tonight, expect temperatures to plunge to -7°F with gusty northwest winds up to 38 mph, bringing wind chills as low as -26°F—a true arctic blast! If you're planning to be out after dark, make sure to bundle up in layers and take indoor breaks to stay warm.
We'll have all 6 lifts running this weekend per our regular operations schedule below. 100% of our terrain is open for your shredding pleasure including two sweet terrain parks! The crew has been at work building some dope jumps at Moonlight Park and just added 3 new rails up at Valley Road! Give ‘em a high 5 next time you see ‘em!
If you're shredding with us after dark, be sure to take a warm up break inside the Fireside Dining Room this evening where you'll catch a set by Alex's Galactic Jams of Space from 7-9:30p!
Get out there, embrace the winter chill, and make some turns—see you on the mountain! Happy shredding!
