Trails are ungroomed and getting down to bare bones. If you're determined to ski, you could try Pond Loop & Broadway but even those trails are about 40% snow, 50% ice and 10% bare ground after the rain and warm weather we got this week. There is a bare patch on Pond Loop that you'll want to take your skis off to cross. The rest of the trails have even less coverage so nordic skiing is wrapping up for the season! Please use caution if you go into the backcountry, some combination of snowshoes and microspikes are recommended. Enjoy the sunshine and spring weather.

Thank you for skiing at BV this season! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Friendly reminder that skis, boards, or snowshoes are required on our trail system (no nano/microspikes). Stop by the Nordic and Backcountry Center to learn more about trail conditions and to pick up your NBU day pass. Happy skiing!
